3 Courses:
A journey through our dry-aged fish selection according to seasonal availability. Smoked or slowly aged amberjack, tuna, and wahoo. Reef fish prosciutto, a warm homemade fish hot dog, and dry-aged tartare.

Main dishes

2 Courses:
A double tasting of dry-aged fillet with seasonal tuber purée and dry-aged belly served with coconut and lime sauce.
